How long have you been a part of the BerryMC community? How many hours can you dedicate to the server?: i have been a part of this community for maybe a year or so ( i do not know the exact time)

What experience do you have as a staff member? How can your experiences help you as a BerryMC staff member?: i have been staff on this server before, but when it got changed i sadly got fired

SCENARIO: You're online and several players are asking you questions at once. You also have players messaging you from Discord. How do you get respond in the most efficient way?: i would multitask by using discord and minecraft at the same time and i would try to answer as many as i can

Why should we choose you over other applicants?: i feel like by now you would know me good enough to know that i am (was) a good staff member before i departed

What made you apply for helper?: because i wanted to come back to the community and the nice work environment of BerryMC

You make a lot of statements about who you are or what you have done, however, you don't really go on to explain those further and how they are relevant to the Helper role. Your application is supposed to show us your personality, skills and experiences that you believe would make you a good fit for the Helper role. This is hard to evaluate when you haven’t written full explanations.

Ive worked in the server management type subject for a few years now and even have made (and tried to populate) Servers in the past. ive also worked with jack in the past with his previous server and worked up to manager before leaving due to the server changes i really hope this helps

I suggest you edit the original post rather than add information through replies. I also suggest that you take the time to use proper sentence structure with capitalization, grammar, and basic word mechanics.

As of now, your application isn't strong and I can't see it being accepted since you can't even take the time to answer the questions properly.

Thank you once again, unfortunately, I'm going to put your application on hold and the thread will be locked. The reason is that as Duccks and I said before, your application still lacks the details and you haven’t explained or supported these in enough detail to show us your true potential.

When you write about yourself and the skills you believe you have or your experiences, be it a staff position on another server, a club/hobby that you have or a position that you hold outside of minecraft; Please remember that we have not been there to experience that with you.

Therefore for each area of experience or quality you mention having to ask yourself the following:

• How can I show that I have this skill? (It is not enough to make claims about yourself - we need you to show it)
• Have I used an example or situation to back up what I am saying about myself?
• Have I explained what I did and how I developed in the roles/experience that I mention?
• Why do I think it's important to mention this? What did I learn from it?
• How does it relate to the Helper role?

When can you reapply?
There is no need to reapply. Once BerryMC is ready to hire new staff your application will be one of the first we look at. In the meantime I hope you continue to edit your application and address some of the points brought up above. I hope to see you around on the server in the meantime.
